Job purpose:- Develop internal culture for the Bancassurance salesforce- Promote business results of the Bancassurance salesforce through Contest & sales campaigns, internal communication, and event organizationKey Responsibilities:- Build and develop internal culture, manage and operate talent groups- Be in charge of internal communications: Plan periodic communications, Create content on media channels, Design publications, Measure communication effectiveness and make adjustments- Organize events for internal and partners: Propose concept ideas, Report and convey messages to the approval level, Build Agenda and impletment the event, Focal point to work directly with the event organizer vendor, Evaluate and report post-event- Support new product launch projects: Plan communication on platforms, Design one-page training materials, Support POSM overall design & production process, Follow up business plans and support projects- Support the operation of sales contests and campaigns: Concept orientation, Media planning, Design publications, Update results periodically, Measure campaigns effectiveness and report- Market research on insurance activities: insurance products, internal and external events, sales contests and campaigns, training, improved-skills- Implement written proposals, slides reports on the management of communication and events activities, sales contests and campaigns
