Key responsibilities included:- Led the administrative oversight and overall management of all offices (Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver) and oversaw total operational budget allocation of $15+ million.- Developed and executed real estate strategy, including the transformative move of the Toronto office into 137,500 SF of bright and collaborative space over 5 floors in 2023. This construction and move-in was done within budget of $40 million despite headwinds including long lead times for certain equipment and navigating trade labour disruptions.- Ensuring that functional leads work together to provide a seamless and comprehensive solution to meet firm end user needs;- Facilitated the implementation of the firm's hybrid work strategy, by establishing technology and process to allow for workspace and meeting room bookings to support the hybrid work environment.- Established and lead Project Management Office (PMO) to provide an internal center of excellence to oversee and support multi-disciplinary projects for maximum effectivenss and efficiency, - Developed and rolled-out a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan across all three physical offices and in the remote working environment; and,- Managed firm’s procurement budget and implemented national procurement strategies, processes, and standards including compliance with internal Environmental, Social and Governance policies.
