As the first member and Team Lead of the Java team, I am responsible for building the team from the ground up. This includes interviewing, training, coaching, and leading the team.I define career paths for the team and individual members, monitor their progress, and support them in achieving their goals.I also design the system architecture, establish coding standards for the team to follow, and develop frameworks and common libraries for their use.Additionally, I provide coaching and support to resolve the stucks. Ensuring that the source code remains clean and of high quality.

I have worked at DxC for several years where I have been coached a lot from the higher level both technology and leading and achieved many accomplishments. I have grown from a developer to a team lead during my time here.In the early stages at DxC, I worked as a developer, quickly completing assigned tasks and resolving complex project issues. My efficiency and problem-solving skills earned the trust of my superiors, leading to additional responsibilities such as designing new systems and features, developing frameworks and libraries for other team members, mentoring new project members, and eventually managing a team.During my time here, I also collaborated with the training department and served as an instructor, helping to onboard and train new employees for the company.

Mobexo was a startup founded around 2010 with an innovative idea of transferring money via smartphones, including through QR codes. Over the next decade, as smartphones became more widespread, this method of money transfer evolved and was adopted by various other applications.I am a developer in both the backend and frontend. As I am in the early stages of starting a business, the process remains flexible. I also contribute to analyzing customer requirements, designing the system, and defining the database.
