I was responsible for the various social media platforms for the business - which included making content both in and out of business hours, directing others in the team on what we needed based on our sales targets, and encouraging our kickstarters to get involved - in order to make them feel more comfortable within the workplace and to build a relationship with colleagues.

I was responsible for ensuring the shop floor was appropriately stocked at all times, extremely hygienic and presentable, as well as the fitting rooms. I also would host the fitting rooms, building a friendly rapport with customers and dealing with extremely sensitive issues with a diverse group of people. Furthermore, I would take payment, resolve technical issues and communicate effectively over the phone with nation wide stores regarding stock. Most importantly, my main responsibility was to provide exceptional customer service in a variety of different and complex situations.

I was responsible for taking appointments face to face, over the phone and online. I ensured that all details were taken confidentially and professionally, and recorded appropriately both on paper and on our online system. I was responsible for the smooth running of every employees working day, resolving issues and working around obstacles wherever possible. Furthermore, I was responsible for maintaining exceptional hygiene standards, preparing rooms for a variety of upcoming treatments and providing some minor beauty treatments.
