Joined the PayPal team as a Limitations agent to assist customers with account restrictions. I was subsequently upskilled to Disputes & Claims and then to Business Support. I am the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with everything from security and fraud concerns to PayPal integration and PCI Compliance. A large part of my role is also helping sellers to select the best products to maximize their turnover.
