SustainIQ is the all-in-one sustainability & ESG reporting software.Responsibilities included:- Acting as the key point of contact from SustainIQ with sustainability teams at local and global enterprises, supporting them with the measuring, monitoring and reporting of their ESG data across their supply chain and in-house and downstream operations to get an overview of their impact, including Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, waste, local spend, workforce breakdown and community impact, amongst many other metrics. - Managing a team of 3 people balancing workload, dealing with escalated issues, providing training and support to create a high-performing team.- Keeping updated with changes to ESG legislation and reporting requirements and providing sustainability insights to the team, contributing to SustainIQ's knowledge base, product strategy and content creation to ensure that we are offering the most value to our customers. - Building and supporting long term, trust-based relationships with customers based on sustainability expertise and timely support, leading to high satisfaction, retention and growth. - Working with the Tech team to integrate data systems, configure reporting dashboards, and drive adoption. - Responsible for onboarding the customer to the software, leading the data mapping and calculation process and meeting timelines and expectations as set out in the onboarding plan.

FareShare NI takes good quality surplus food from right across the food industry and delivers it to over 170 frontline charities and community groups across Northern Ireland.Responsibilities included:- Building relationships with local food producers and suppliers to divert more surplus food from waste to be redistributed to frontline charities and community groups across Northern Ireland. - Creating monthly and quarterly impact reports for each of our suppliers, detailing the social and environmental impact of the food that they have supplied to FareShare NI. - Engaging with stakeholders across the public, private and voluntary sectors to promote the reduction of food waste and the creation of a more sustainable food system. This was done through attending events, hosting webinars, and creating engaging social media content.During my 9 months at FareShare NI, I was responsible for bringing on 13 new local donors and re-establishing links with 4 inactive local suppliers. During that time, these 17 suppliers provided FareShare NI with an additional 32 tonnes of surplus to redistribute, translating to an additional 70,000 meals for people at risk of food poverty.

In a climate of fake news, biased reporting and sanitised history lessons, A News Education provides people with the tools they need to read and (actually) understand the news.Responsibilities included:- Keeping up to date with the latest news surrounding the climate crisis and investigating popular search terms and jargon associated with the climate crisis and environmental issues.- Developing ideas for new content for the website.- Editing articles, guides and cheat sheets written by content writers, offering constructive feedback on formatting, writing style and content.- Working remotely in collaboration with the rest of the Content Team of 19 people to ensure high quality content is produced for the website.
