Having worked in the field of People Operations since 2007 locally and internationally, I can honestly say I’m fortunate to have found my passion.My Mission: to bring technology and professional services organisations in the SME space, a fresh perspective on their people ops and talent management needs. I do this, by acting as their full suite outsourced People Operations I HR function.I’m a strong believer in People Operations making a positive difference, not policing an organisation to the point of paralysis, but collaborating and engaging actively with teams and management to affect positive change and drive businesses forward.Throughout my career I have worked directly with leaders in the SME space to develop and maintain a culture of high performance, that is leveraged from the organisations values and tailored to fit the needs of the business. People Operations cannot operate in a silo, to be successful in supporting a business achieve its operational objectives, there must be collaboration, buy-in and the right technology in place.
