A diligent and aspirational commerce graduate currently enrolled in the University of Galway's J.E. Cairnes School of Business & Economics' MSc in Human Resource Management program. I have been able to specialise in marketing and human resource management during my time at the University of Galway. I graduated from the University of Galway with a first-class honors diploma in leadership as well as a two-year Arts diploma with first-class honors in French language and culture. Since I've always worked in customer-service-related positions, I've had the opportunity to improve my abilities in these areas as well as communication, management, problem-solving, adaptability, and time management.
