I was started the first job as a Software Engineer. I have been completed to built two enterprise products for South East Asia market. I have a chance to grown with other different positions as Team Leader, Senior Business Analyst, Solution Architect, and Software Development Manager, Agile Coach and Technical Director. I very interesting to apply technologies to develop IT solutions to resolve the business problems, business needs to improve the bussiness operation. I always positive thinking and proactive to action instead of speak.I have strong experiences in Business Strategic, IT Strategy, Digital Strategy, IT Service Management, Enterprise Architecture, Product Development Management, Business Problem Solving.I have deep understanding CMMi, Agile-Scrum, ITIL, Business Analysis, IT Project Management, Business Domain for Human Capital Management. Currently, I focus to Business Consulting and Agile Coaching field, conduct some IT management courses in practice as: Enterprise Architecture, Product Management, Business Analysis, Service Desk, IT Project Management, Agile Project Management.
