About Chris Owen

As the Air Force IT Delivery Executive at Peraton, Chris Owen leads multiple program teams from pre-award through the entire life cycle of the program. He currently supports over 15 programs for the Department of the Air Force, with a team of over 100, including SIPRNet ISN, Network as a Service, several Electronic Warfare contracts, as well as contracts focused on battle management, software development and logistics support. Chris manages and directs the daily progress of the program teams to ensure all requirements of the contract are being met and that Perspecta delivers on time for the customer.Prior to joining Peraton (formerly Perspecta), Chris held multiple positions within several segments at AT&T for more than a decade. Roles at AT&T included a concentration in commercial delivery models, large global enterprise deployments, “as a service” delivery, and 24x7 managed solutions. Work was performed in the commercial, federal government, local/state, and DoD segments.
