He received a Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering from KU Leuven in 2013, and a M.S. degree in Microelectronics engineering from Fudan University, Shang-Hai, P.R.China in 2007.From 2008 to 2013, he worked as a research assistant at the Departement Elektrotechniek (ESAT), Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium, where he was involved in the design of a laser detection and ranging (LiDAR) system.From 05/2013 to 11/2013, he worked as an Analog IC Designer at Oticon A/S, Denmark.From 12/2013 to 06/2015, he worked as a post-doctoral researcher at KU Leuven.In 08/2015, he has co-founded MAGICS Instruments NV, a fabless IC design company, and serves as the Chief Technology Officer of the company since then. His technical interests are mainly in low-power high-resolution analog/mixed-signal IC design (including delta-sigma analog-to-digital converters, time-to-digital converters, bandgap references, RC oscillators and radiation tolerant IC design) and machine learning algorithm/processor development.He has published more than 15 papers in international journals and conferences. Among them, some are at the top-level, for instance, ISSCC (participants > 3000), and JSSC (most cited journal in all US patents).
