First major was in Applied Voice, Music Theory, and Dramatic Arts and Speech. They are still my first love. I starred in the first opera that was staged at the University of North Alabama and worked stage crew for dramatic plays.But I needed to support myself and accounting was easy, so I majored in that and immediately got a job locally. I was the first female CPA in northwest Alabama. I got my MBA in 1992 and six months later got certified to teach accounting at the college level.Since I have retired, I am making a list of goals to do. I have no major goal except to do what God want me to or puts in front of me.
