Construction Management GroupSupports the Project Director in the efficient implementation of the projects' land development, residential building/housing and amenities construction work packages in accordance with the construction plans, specifications, schedules, quality and cost standards.Responsible for meeting customer expectation and total satisfaction in performing related tasks and activities within his area of responsibility.Responsible to provide expert inputs in the planning process through extensive knowledge in construction methodologies and cost, building product technologies and value engineering/value function analysis.Responsible at the project level/work area for the observance and compliance of company rules, policies, activities and other initiatives that project the right corporate image for the company, foster harmonious working relationship and teamwork among project stakeholders.Assists the Project Director and responsible for initiating, maintaning and promoting order, cleanliness, safety and security at all times at the work area/construction sites.

Responsible for the overall project planning and directing of the engineering execution aspect within the framework of the policies and objectives of the company and the project in order to satisfy customer’s expectations.Sets engineering policy for quality, safety, cost and schedule in a particular project.Reports directly to the Project ManagerCoordinate the construction control effort between job site and project control staff about schedule, job progress and cost to assure that the project will complete planned target.Assist management on various task assigned.Reviews and approves alternatives and deviations based on cost, schedule and quality impacts in conjunction with the engineering execution of a project.

 Prepares and submits daily accomplishment report. Monitors, updates and interprets actual concrete volume accomplishments on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Prepares and submits weekly concrete pouring projection. Prepares and submits weekly register of concrete pouring requests and inspection work requests. Coordinates and reviews construction issues with the concerned Project Managers and Trade Leads. Prepares and submits weekly construction report. Review technical specifications. Performs other duties and tasks as deemed necessary.
