Recruited for and marketed to clients throughout Broward County, FL for full-time IT placement services.

Developed and coordinated training programs to increase the sales productivity of management and staff. The eight programs included training for Regional Managers, High-Potential Branch Managers, Division Directors/Branch Managers, High-Level Producers across two business units, specialized training for the Perm and Robert Half Legal divisions, and New Hires. Analyzed CRM desktop software to develop and deliver monthly training to end users. Organized user group sessions and collected user feedback to gather ideas for developing truly focused curriculum. Coordinated and oversaw Technology division-specific sales training throughout the East Coast and Central U.S. Also, participated in the content development and delivery of branch-based sales training for branches on the East Coast. Note: Reassigned to the IT Permanent Search division in Ft. Lauderdale, FL upon elimination of 75% of the training department across the company.
