  Jon has over 30 years’ experience in the electrical construction trades. He began his career as an electrician in the IBEW and graduated the apprenticeship training at the top of his class. Jon received his first of many master’s License as a fourth-year apprentice. He went on to become a General foreman and lead projects in excess of 15 million dollars.In his early 30s Jon became a project manager for what was to become one of the largest fortune 500 Energy Services Company (ESCO). Jon developed the electrical division of what eventually became one of the largest ESCOs in the country. He personally managed projects at their largest costumers like Amazon, Purdue, Wegmans and Fed Ex. Jon leadership was instrumental in the growth of that company, he was credited with the development of their installation’s division and the growth of it to 100 plus nationally as he became the Director of Operations.Jon has led a variety of electrical projects with much of his experience revolving around energy efficiency installations from Chillers to Lighting to Motors & Drives. Not only has Jon managed the successful installation of projects, he has displayed exemplary leadership in safety and accountability holding his OSHA 30 and serving as the Safety Director for GM Rochester, NY. In 2018 Capital Electric group was founded by Jon and his partners. He continues in his role as President and works diligently each day with an eye on business growth, finance and operations.
