Coastside Logic provides consultancy services to the technology industry, specializing in commercialization and marketing.

The primary aspect of the role was managing the development and performance of the indirect channel and alliance relationships. Secondary was the development of the marketing function and managing its operation. Also included was the development of the product management function.

Responsible for building and managing EDS' consulting services business for EAI and Web Services. A broad role that included sales & marketing, as well as being the subject matter expert for all things in this domain. It included assurances that proposals for services were accurate and successful and that delivery met the needs of the client.

Building a business in a new market requires wearing a variety of hats. In this role I was responsible for relationship management with alliance partners, building and managing an indirect sales channel, and developing and delivering product marketing services for specific technologies.

Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with alliance partners, development and managment of Alliance Partner program, and developing the Asia Pacific market.
