I lead a weekly music project called In2Music at Tramshed Theatre. I plan and deliver workshops for young people in music, artist development and curate all their final showcases with Greenwich council. This includes lyric writing, recording, music production and performance techniques. I organise well being and one to one mentoring sessions with the young participants.

I lead all of the music based projects for Breakin’ Convention, from outreach to partnerships. I facilitate youth projects, run workshops, look after budgets, plan and run young people’s showcases & presentations. I manage our partnerships with venues, organisations and the council. I work on site with our young people weekly, having built up our roster of young artists from 0 to 500+ in my time at Sadler’s Wells. I also apply for funding and grants.

I was one of 5 Ambassadors for a fund Chelsea Fc launched called the the Blue Creator Fund, In which 2 creatives could win a 15k fund each. I was involved in deciding the short list for the applicants, interviewing the chosen the applicants and then deciding the winner. I then mentored the 2 applicants through the creative process of their project that had won.

I manage the music studio for the young people of Hackney and Islington. I mentor the young creatives to build their portfolios, work on their performances and learn about the business side of music through workshops.
