I'm a highly experienced, committed and motivated individual who has been in property management since 2010. I have managed in markets such as Birmingham, Orlando, Austin, Atlanta, Dallas, and Nashville currently. With 14 years experience in multifamily property management, I take pride in having held every onsite administrative position, from a leasing associate to a property manager, as well as worked on all level of property classes and types. I consider this a key component to my success in delivering tangible results to owners in some of the most complex markets. Prior to entering property management, I was in banking and finance for seven years, which helped lay the groundwork for understanding the ever important financial aspect of managing a multi-million dollar asset. Additionally, my ability to connect with owners and equity partners, and build valued and trusted relationships continues to be a key factor in any asset's success.
