• Mashreq bank is the one of the largest banks & oldest banks in Region with asset of 170 BN AED• My role is to oversee financial planning & analysis of 8 Overseas branches which is known as international banking group which comprises of 17 BN AED of assets (10% of total Mashreq group) • Lead the digital drive of the International Banking Group finance unit in automating various reports on Power BI i.e., monthly financials and deep dive analysis reports.• Preparing CbCr reporting, Master file, local file for International taxation & Transfer pricing.• Assisted in RAROC calculator automation for International Banking group and started for Financial institutes and banks• Carrying out the annual plan exercise for the International Banking group• Management reporting for International Banking Group Involved in high level and detailed insights to Business Head and Finance Head w.r.t performance monthly, also assisting business in product launch etc.• Releasing the monthly financials based on the IFRS reports collected from the various locations• Publishing key indicators, which the IBG FI business needs to, manage to ensure the above strategy/financial plan is achieved.• Provide commentary on the business performance and trend analysis to the Group and Division Head.• Customer profitability reporting i.e., creating, and establishing product wise/customer wise/segment wise profitability reports for International Business Group- Financial Institutions business• Regularly monitor the performance against set plans and targets and publish management reports - Area-wise, country-wise, bank-wise, business-type-wise, booking-center-wise, etc.• Review business initiatives analyze their commercial implication and be a partner in decision making with the business managers.• Work closely with Operations, technology, Overseas Branches, and other units.
