Dealing with all incoming calls where I was required to make any necessary amendments to customers polices.Working in a targeted environment working to KPIs, upselling and using various sales techniques in every call.AchievmentsWhilst working in this position I applied to be involved in a re-branding initiative that lauched. Out of 50 applications I was selected to work alongside the marketing department where I was focusing upon their online and social media marketing.Together we organised focus groups and interviews with Endsleighs target service users as well as extensive market research.I was also directly involved in designing and successfully implementing the new iPhone app. Show less
