Rebranded A&D including updating the logo and crafting A&D’s Visual Brand Language to create a consistent look and message. Overhauled everything from remodeling our headquarters, producing a new print catalog and constructing an online presence. -Increased sales by over 10% while the overall total sales for both Home Depot stores were down by almost 10%-Developed a strategic business plan that included a detailed market analysis, sales projections, identification of areas for growth and opportunity along with an execution plan-Converted new customers through planning, organizing, and marketing multiple product demonstrations and sales events each month; including managing a successful autograph signing featuring Cain Velasquez -Created and maintained strong personal relationships with the Home Depot upper management in the San Francisco Bay Area through continuous communication about sales, new product knowledge, and maintaining set integrity

-Taught a variety of classes including Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, Kettle Bells, TRX and Strength Training.

-Created and coached a dry land cardio program for the San Deigo State Hockey team-Instructed and designed Spinning classes for over 40 students per class

-Lead weekly classes ranging in size from 5 to 60 students in various formats including gymnastics, children’s fitness, indoor cycling, pilates and strength training classes, teaching at least 10 per week-Designed personal fitness programs for clients based on their individual abilities, needs, and physical conditions to meet any special requirements which led to a positive and personal learning experience-Raised over $10,000 in funds collectively towards the Y’s annual campaign to support its community outreach programs

-Discovered and booked over 10 up-and-coming artists to display work ranging from two dimensional pieces to three dimensional sculptures-Transformed a space of over 1,500 square feet into a working art gallery and developed a customer base and vendor relationships -Planned and executed 5 successful opening and closing receptions with a $0 budget through building relationships with the surrounding businesses and key community members who generously donated everything including entertainment, food and wine
