By Dec 1995, single handedly established and managed MOMS (Mitsui O.S.K Manning Services India) office in Kolkata. Led the Operations and Manning for entire India and over the period of 11 years MOMS increased the manning ship base from zero to over 65 ships of all types (ranging from PCC, LNG, Tankers, Container, Bulk Carrier, etc). In 2005 I was called to manage Operation and Training for Mitsui O.S.K Lines.Founder of Association of Master Mariner in Kolkata and served as the acting President for over 8 years.
