With experience handling vessels between 180m and 330m, I demonstrate expertise in navigating complex maritime logistics and operational challenges.

I established and led a company offering a full suite of yacht services, including management and crew recruitment. I coordinated dry-dock repairs and provided expert guidance to prospective yacht owners, along with tailored training recommendations and chartering services, ensuring smooth and professional yacht operations.Highlights of my achievements:• Chaired projects such as ship/yacht registration, surveying, and ROV operations, while overseeing offshore and pipeline repair initiatives.• Elevated operational efficiency by heading bridge equipment selection and implementation.

Headed over 1,500 maneuvers as a Tug Master with a Maltese-based company, primarily utilizing ASD Tugs, Tractor Tugs, and Voith Schneider tugs. Acquired extensive knowledge of tug operations, mastering the skills necessary to maneuver vessels up to 400m LOA in tight spaces under pressure.• Developed leadership abilities through rich experiences in high-stakes environments, while also participating in offshore rig moves and vessel towage and salvage operations.

I started my career as a First Mate, quickly progressing to Captain within eight months. In this role, I took command of vessel maneuvering and Dynamic Positioning (DP) system operations, along with comprehensive crew management. My responsibilities centered on maintaining vessel safety while operating a ship specialized for hydrographic surveys, ROV, and diving operations, with a focus on supporting archaeological research. I also led projects involving hydrographic developments, rig relocations, and offshore cable installations, ensuring their execution was both efficient and safe.Highlights of my achievements:• Achieved a comprehensive understanding of operational requirements through hands-on experience in ROV launching and recovery, machinery services, and diving operations by engaging with all departments.• Successfully managed a flag change as Captain, leading to significant learning opportunities.• Transitioned to a Vessel Manager position in 2013, focusing on project management, crew handling, dry-docking, equipment rentals, logistics, and maintenance program oversight, while continuing to provide leadership as Captain.
