Pertinent to mention are the following milestones:Remained involved in administration and management of large number of employees (up to 5000) in both military, pubic sector enterprise and corporate organizations. Served as Member Logistics Pakistan Navy in acquisition project of F 22P Ships at Shanghai China, Director Finance in KS&EW, Deputy Director Procurement in Ministry of Defence Production and Head of Procurement (Local) in Pakistan Navy etc. Extensively involved in International and local contracting, negotiations and contract administration. Developed yearly procurement plans and ensured smooth execution within international laws and PPRA Pakistan. Participated in various procurement related professional courses including ASP-LUMS (USAID), PPRA etc. Served as Head of Inventory Control in different Supply Chain Setups of Pakistan Navy as Commanding Officer, Commander Control Division, Commander Provisioning Division and Commander Local Purchase etc in various Depots and Establishments. The Inventory of the Depots served ranged from 70,000 to 300,000+ line items controlled through Centralized Computer System at Submarine Stores Depot and Naval Store Depot respectively. Also worked in integrated logistics support system program (ILS) for F 22P Ships in Pakistan Navy which includes maintaining spare supportability for all operational units and establishments in Pakistan Navy from acquisition to distribution of resources. Evaluated and reviewed systems and system needs, program functions and procedures for IT programs. Provided cost reduction ideas and process sees to improve upon Supply Chain System. Also worked on Web Based Inventory Management System.
