As a retired Navy Chief Boatswain's Mate I have over 20 years on waterfronts from Connecticut, New York, Puerto Rico, Cuba and now Kings Bay, GA. With an additional 12 more years aboard ships; AND a SECRET clearance I have a broad spectrum of experience and expertise to draw from.   I am a USCG Licensed Master Any Gross Tons; combined with four years as a Mate with K-Sea Transportation’s harbor and coastal tug fleets (tugs TAURUS, BALTIC SEA, FALCON & NORTH SEA), I believe I bring a unique and vibrant skill set to the table. Highlights of my resume include:As an Enlisted USN Harbor Pilot over an 8 year career, I have piloted over 1000 various Navy assets from Frigates to Submarines, Oilers to Amphibs and Patrol Craft to Cruisers; all without incident.I was Senior trainer and Supervisor for junior pilots, and Shiphandling facilitator for the Submarine Officers Warfare Center, New London.I facilitated piloting/navigation training and conducted familiarization tours for over 60 prospective Commanding Officers and their navigation teams.As Chief Pilot, I arranged for logistic and materiél support for over 300 vessels of the U.S. Navy, USCG, Military Sealift and NATO, a challenge in Guantanamo Bay, CU.I served as the inter-divisional support liaison between Operation Planning and Port Operations at US Naval Station Roosevelt Roads, Puerto Rico; which included the staging and inventory of OHIO-class submarine Fly-away support boxes.Served as logistics coordinator for UNITAS 40-00, Standing Naval Forces Atlantic and Canadian Task Force deployments. My computer expertise and familiarity with waterfront facilities allowed the accurate tracking of rapidly changing requirements for 22 in port ships from 6 nations contributing directly to the successes of the exercises.In the course of my career I have qualified well over fifty personnel as Small Boat Coxswains / HSB OperatorsSpecialties: Well versed in MS Office
