Was also involved in setting “Standard Operating Procedure” for the organization and streamlining the same including setting targets/goals/Must Win Battles• Executed the initiatives targeted to reduce vessel voyage waste involving reduction of speed variance through close monitoring of vessels speed / position / bunker consumption on ocean legs• Monitor in-chartered vessels’ performance to protect charterer’s interest, and thus ensure that appropriate actions are being taken by the respective teams /Liner Operations Clusters (LOC)• Reduce vessels reaction time to ETA change through improved ETA communication between the stakeholders (LOC / vessel).• Monitoring of Vessel Sharing Agreement (VSA) partner performance and adherence to joint working procedure (JWP) guidelines in close co-operation with Liner Operations Clusters• Bunker management.• Facilitating seamless link between vessels and LOC.• Involved with voyage optimization to achieve cost savings.• Supporting vessels in matters concerning voyage waste, nautical waste and voyage efficiency. • Post voyage analysis.
