Looking after overall sales and Marketing for Deco division with rich Product line of Laminates and Veneers. Area of Operations Delhi and NCR .handled Cross Functional teams in Marketing/Operations(Product Positioning, Promotional and Product Launch Events, Branding and Publicity, CRM, Logistics and Supplies for more then 600 SKUs ).Strategy(Setting Launchpads for new Products including and Launching activities, Scheme formulations, Promotions and appropriate positioning of Product mix in the Market and Planning as per Competitor's analysis).Sales(Channel/Influencer Mgt and Development, Key Accounts Management,Institutional Sales, Tgt Fixation, Projections and Achievements, Area wise realisation and performance of team vis a vis Targets allotted). Finance(Projection and Regulation of Outgo in schemes, Management of Br Expenditure and Marketing activities with rgd to sales and fixed budgets as in percentages). Gearing up to take on new challenges and striving to excel at 1000 Miles/h, as every second counts and miles to go...........

Integrating various modules from teams into a complete Client end Solution. Responsible for understanding the clients requirements, conceptualizing, maintenance of Softwares and websites . Assisted Marketing managers in Client interactions on technical matters.

Responsible for Interaction with clients for imparting technical knowledge on the focused skill set. Responsible for identifying training needs, designing training modules / workshops and establishing focus on enhancing the operational skills of the work force.
