The Customer Success Consultant (CSC) is a vital member of the PeopleMatter Customer Care team. The CSC ensures a seamless link between the PeopleMatter Sales and Customer Support Teams by providing direct assistance in implementing new customers onto the PeopleMatter Platform. The CSC will provide hands-on support to our new customers. The goal is to fully understand our customers’ business processes and determine how best to deploy PeopleMatter solutions to meet their needs.•Serve as the customer’s primary contact for implementation•Manage multiple customer implementations, including coordinating project responsibilities and maintaining project plans/timelines•Facilitate requirement gathering discussions to understand how best to configure the PeopleMatter solution for new customers•Create supporting documentation, including configuration decisions and business process workflows•Assist new customers with business process improvement decisions as it relates to the implementation of their new PeopleMatter solution•Configure customer test and production sites•Deliver remote and onsite end-user training sessions
