Ship Master with a Master Class One (Unlimited) Competency and several maritime academic qualifcations with over 15 years experience within the Industry. Completed a Bachelor of Maritime Logistics Management at the Australian Maritime College (UTAS) then worked at the Port of Brisbane in operations. Progressed to a cadetship with TeeKay Shipping Australia resulting in Bachelor's degree in Nautical Science (Deck) at the AMC.Worked on a variety of vessel from Product Tankers, Bulk Carriers, Offshore supply vessels, Naval New build vessels as well as several dockings and ship modifications around Australia and internationally. Hold a CoC Master Class One (AMSA Issued) and sailing as Master on Government vessels with a heavy focus on customer satisfaction. Holds a Post-Graduate diploma in Maritime Insurance through the World Maritime University in Malmo. Memberships with the Australian Maritime Officers Union, The Nautical Institute, The Royal Institute of Navigation and The Golden Key Society and volunteer at the Mission to Seafarers in Brisbane.
