38Plank is a social fitness platform that allows trainers to distribute workout programs to their athletes, and athletes to find and share workouts with their friends.The platform is built on a MEAN stack, using a hybrid web framework (Ionic + Cordova). We implemented direct messaging, in-app surveys and ratings, inline HTML5 videos, and workout progress tracking. Hosted via Elastic Beanstalk in AWS, using Mongo Atlas as our DaaS. During this time, we also contributed back to both the Ionic & the Ionic-cli open source projects.
