Captain of 220' DP2 offshore supply vessel. HGIM purchased Abdon Callais Offshore. I was Captain on board the Harvey Cowboy, formally the ACO Jessica Moore. I continued to service Shells Perdido during my entire employment with this company.

I was captain on board several vessels within this fleet. I was provided with the opportunity to commission (2) 220ft DP2 Offshore Supply Vessels at an approximate cost of $20 million dollars each. I trained crew, established maintenance schedules, implemented company and client policies, kept accurate logs and records of all on board activities. I also conducted safety drills, participated in USCG and ABS annual inspections as well as dry dock periods. I generated reports for our main office and clients as required and kept the boats on high profile charters. Some of the unique charters I had were research and development for Lockheed Martin where we tested new sub sea equipment, helped establish the "Bigfoot" oil field for Chevron and serviced Shells 'Perdido' for almost four years. Perdido is the deepest drilling / production installation in the world.

Captain of 145' DP 1 mini supply vessel that served several locations while working for Chevron. Responsible for vessel maintenance, logs, record keeping, reports for main office and client, crew training and vessel security.

Managed and maintained Liberty Clipper, assisted with maintenance, schedule and USCG safety related items on board 80ft Schooner Liberty and all associated tenders etc... Ensured safety of vessel, crew and guests and consistently exceed guests expectations - it's the details that make a difference. Excellent safety record and managed extensive refit of Liberty Clipper, departing dry dock on originally scheduled day!

Deckhand, promoted to Mate on 139ft Schooner Yacht America, traveling between Key West fl and New England. Responsible for all deck maintenance, line handling, marlin spike seamanship, guests safety, communications with Captain, watch standing a sea and extensive time at the helm.

By remaining focused, I was able to move up to security supervisor positions and eventually a bar back. I left this position to pursue a full time career at sea.

By the age of 16 I was taking care of bookkeeping, payroll, interviewing, scheduling, grounds and building maintenance. Learned to listen to employee concerns and work to resolve issues that arose. Anticipated guest needs and resolved any concerns in a timely manner. Maintained professional appearance and established long lasting friendships with many of the regular guests.
