I've been employed with Edison Chouest Offshore since June 2007. In that time I have advanced from 2nd mate to ship's master, enhancing my license and endorsements along the way. I have worked as Master on several different types of vessels in that time including Seismic Vessels, Tractor Tugs, Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessels up to 14,000 HP, Oil Spill Recovery Vessels, and Offshore Supply Vessels. I have done numerous international transits and worked internationally in countries such as Brazil, Mauritania, Senegal, Nigeria, Trinidad, Surinam, and Guyana. I have earned several safety awards and special recognition from BP, Shell, and Cheniere LNG terminal.Currently, I am ship's Gaster of the Gemsbok, a 4088 GT 9120HP Platform Supply Vessel contracted to Exxon off the coast of Guyana South America.
