Ensures the deployment, implementation and improvement of the BOURBON Quality Management System (QMS) at the Affiliate Organisation in line with the quality management principles stated in the Quality Policy. To lead the Affiliate Organisation HSE team in ensuring continual improvement of operational safety management knowledge and application within the Affiliate Organisation. Performed numerous operations for loading/unloading heavy lifts (tugs, train locomotives, trucks, tractors up to 120 tons, metal coils, bundles), calculation of deck load, deck reinforcement construction (calculation and supervising of construction). Cargo operations by vessel own cranes to/from ice.Ice Navigation without assistance of icebreaker with ice thickness up to 2 meters. Assistance to other vessels in ice conditions. Planning and executing of ice sea passages on board of Arc07 diesel-electric general cargo vessels with ABB azipod 13MW Chief Officer is a representative of the senior commanding staff of the vessel, the first deputy of captain, the head of the Ship Operation Service department directly responsible for:(1) commercial operation of the vessel;(2) organization of watch and navigator service;(3) the state of discipline on the ship;(4) the state of labor protection and safety in the Operational Service;(5) technical operation of hull structures and deck mechanisms;(6) maintaining the safety standards established by the Company.(7) performance of duties for the protection of the vessel at the written disposal of the Company.
