I am Capt. Mike Zgrabik, I’m the Director of Construction for Strobel Design Build. I also have more than thirty years of professional guiding experience; I’m originally from Cleveland, Ohio. I started my charter fishing business in 1988. After relocating to Florida in 2004 and getting settled I resumed my charter fishing business Reel Addiction Sportfishing. I expanded my business with kayak Eco Charters. I am involved with various groups such as Make A Wish Foundation, C.A.S.T. for kids and the Boys and Girls Clubs. I also developed what I call the C.A.R.E. Program (Captains Arranging a Relaxing Experience) which evolved from the number of woman, children and first time anglers that enjoy the outdoors. Often to many time they are intimidated and frustrated by the pressure applied to them by other experienced fisherman, Professional guides or just there peers for trying something new or not being proficient at it! I have tried to take that fear out of that equation!! This is why I developed the C.A.R.E Program!! No pressure, No yelling, No rushing, just a teaching, learning and relaxing experience on the water. “I want to create lasting memories with a positive experience not Mayhem”.
