With more than 30 years of combined experience in the government procurement process and corporate sales proposals, CaptureManage saw the growing need by small and medium businesses/enterprises (SME) to sustain the lengthy and complicated tendering processes. Further insights revealed data of small and medium business-owning a chunk of the Australian market but fail to survive/compete for more than three years in business. It was evident that SME’s focus on operational excellence, however competing with large corporates, limited resources and guidance to complete overly burdensome tenders, proposals, documentation etc., makes it extremely tough to survive. Our founders identified this opportunity and created CaptureManage with the motive to partner with SMEs and help WIN more clients to achieve the desired success. Our management has potential to achieve exceptional growth in both size and capability while fostering a culture of integrity, empathy, and ownership.
