As an Interactive Media Artist and Technologist currently studying at the Queensland College of Art and Design, I am driven by curiosity and the desire to explore novel experiences. With nearly two decades of diverse professional experience, my journey over the past year has included delving into the School of Cybernetics course at the Australian National University. To stay at the forefront of technology, I regularly participate in Women in AI events and engage with industry leaders through international trade shows and conferences.My recent work includes a notable collaboration on the r e a:NATIVE project for ISEA2024, where I programmed interactive and generative visuals using TouchDesigner, Kinect, and various sensors. This immersive light projection installation, showcased at the Griffith University Art Museum, explores themes of Indigenous identity and post-colonial experiences.Additionally, my internship at Ikonix provided me with hands-on experience in cutting-edge interactive design projects, further enhancing my skills in creating impactful, technology-driven solutions.My strengths lie in creativity, critical thinking, communication, and design – qualities that have driven impactful solutions to complex challenges. Empowering women through technology is a core aspect of my ethos, and I am passionate about harnessing emerging technologies, like machine learning, to shape a compassionate and sustainable future.I am always eager to collaborate and share insights.
