Lead the GGCA Secretariat in its core functions. Created and fostered meaningful relationships with alliance members that lead to joint action to advance gender rights for those most impacted by the changing climate. Under the supervision of a Steering Committee, I worked to build and maintain strategic relationships with UN, Intergovernmental, and Civil Society Organizations around a shared vision for improving our world through climate change policies, programs, and initiatives that are responsive to the different needs of both men and women. Key activities included supporting GGCA’s engagement in international meetings, coordinating membership activities, delivering strategic GGCA communications, collaborating with key partners on advocacy initiatives, while growing the alliance and fostering its community.

Provided administrative support for the GGCA Secretariat, organized GGCA activities, developed GGCA outreach materials, lead social media initiatives, and showcased the work of the over 90 member organizations worldwide. Supported GGCA’s engagement in international meetings, updating and creating new print products, drafting press releases, maintaining a strong and relevant web and social media presence, facilitating various working groups, and coordinating the newsletter production.
