Run programming internationally as a Tour Manager. Assuring guest comfort, smooth transitions in programming, and managing all on-site reservations, meals, and admissions Develop new programming and tours for the Affinity market in collaboration with Operations, Content, and Group SalesUp-keep relationships with all Affinity partners, including answering questions, updating them on client statuses, booking hosts and host flights, providing the most up to date tour information Monitor Affinity financials, including generating Purchase Orders, setting up, and paying out Affinity commissions, on-site program gifts, off-site conference attendance, and Affinity program costs, as well as updating departmental budgetsSupport Affinity Market Partners in all aspects of new market endeavors, to include newly launched Affinity Travel Program tasks• develop Affinity catalog with Marketing and determine mailing tactics• Responsible for creating yearly contracts for each Affinity partner per the Director of Travel & Conference Sales’ negotiations• develop Affinity tour schedule with Operations yearly to determine program dates and partner dispersal across toursEnsure high level of quality in all travel & conference mailings and promotional materials in conjunction with the marketing department, as well as all necessary touch points to support the Museum’s best-in-class commitment• work with Marketing to develop and approve Affinity brochures (including salutation, letter adaptation, logo branding, and mailing listsConceptualize and develop new ways to save money, create revenue, and ensure product competitiveness in the Affinity market.Create, input, and update all ViaTour mailing templates used across departmentDeveloping and on-boarding Standards of Practice across Sales departmentPerforms other duties and special projects as assigned by the Director of Travel and Conference Sales, and the Vice President
