It took me nearly 10 years working in sales to realise that it doesn't matter how many clients you are bringing through the door. If you aren't adding value to the clients you already have, your business will ultimately fail. That's what lead me to where I am today. Most recently, my work landed me a position with HR DataHub. For most people, Customer Success sounds like a made-up job. For me, it's the core of everything we do as a business. Here, I’m focused on building the Customer Success framework for the business and how this impacts our retention. Working alongside the rest of this amazing team, learning and growing every day, I guess you could say I've landed my dream job!
