With over 20 years of experience as a proactive and highly skilled Executive Assistant, I have a strong background in supporting high-level executives and managing complex administrative tasks. My expertise includes streamlining operations, enhancing executive productivity, and providing strategic support in diverse settings. I excel in managing calendars, organising events, coordinating travel, and executing high-impact projects. In December 2020, I launched a Virtual Assistant business to provide tailored support to small and medium-sized enterprises, startups, solopreneurs and HNWI. My successful transition to a CEO/Founder of my own Virtual Assistant business showcases my adaptability to changing business demands and has allowed me to explore and work with new technologies, platforms, and diverse professionals. In this role, I provided comprehensive Executive Assistant support not only to the Founder and CEO but also to the Acting Managing Director, the permanent Managing Director, and the broader Management Team. My responsibilities included full diary and inbox management, coordinating high-level meetings, supporting strategic initiatives, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the company.
