Checking and auditing of all payrolls, ensuring legislative compliance. Functional Testing to ensure all legislative changes are correctly applied on Oracle. Projects as required ie. continual improvement and standardization of payroll operations and systems. Creating new elements on Oracle according to legislation and business requirements.Managed the successful roll out of electronic claims system. Managed the successful roll out of Oracle Electronic Payslips and IRP5’s. Responsible for all IRP5’s and recons.Ensure Audit files are kept up to date for annual audits.
