As Communications Director I manage all aspects of Javelin Global Commodities' communications. I spearhead all marketing and communications from strategy and implementation to reporting and analysis. I am also responsible for delivering its PR and Communications strategy and managing the Javelin web-based initiatives. Having spent the previous twenty years of my career working for Unilever and Shell, my core skills are in brand management. My experience varies from development of customer propositions to monitoring and protecting brand identity. Managing the Javelin Global Commodities' brand and its sub brands, I ensure our messaging is on-brand, effective and consistent in everything we do and say, from our office design to our website.Having worked for large multinational corporations, I was particularly excited to join the Javelin team at the very beginning of its inception.
