Hi, my name is Cara Burwell. I am a Sophomore at the University of Oklahoma on track to graduate in May 2026 with a degree in Accounting and minor in Economics. During my time at OU, I have maintained a high level of academic achievement. I have contributed to the campus by being a co-founder of two clubs on campus and being involved in other organizations. I have recently been accepted into the JCPenney Leadership Program at the Michael F. Price College of Business where I have developed self-awareness, enhanced leadership knowledge and responsibilities, acquired hands-on leadership experience, improved soft skills, recognized the value of networking, and embraced the significance of philanthropy.This last summer I had the opportunity to work for OU in the field of advising. In this role, I had learned basic administrative skills.
