Towards Healing is an independent organisation providing professional support for people who have experienced institutional, clerical or religious abuse in Ireland

GROW is a community of mental health peer support groups meeting weekly, in person and online, throughout Ireland. Groups are free of charge, available to anyone over 18 who is facing a mental health challenge and follow a well-established program that supports recovery through community. www.grow.ie

Spirasi provides holistic, multi-disciplinary rehabilitative services to survivors of torture in Ireland, the vast majority of whom are refugees and asylum seekers. The Psychosocial team works with clients across a broad array of issues including navigating the legal process, accessing the labour market, education and suitable housing and providing integration support. As the team's coordinator, I worked to ensure the smooth and effective running of the Psychosocial function as an integral part of Spirasi's rehabilitative model as well as providing direct support to clients.
