With over nine years of teaching experience and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, I am a Diversity and Inclusion Coach at the School District of Lee County, where I help educators and staff develop their relational capacity and cultural competence. I have a strong background in instructional coaching, curriculum innovation, and data analysis, and I use these skills to provide equitable and diverse training opportunities that enhance the skills, knowledge, and attitudes of employees.My mission is to support employees in their professional growth and personal wellbeing, and to create transformational change through reflection, feedback, and collaboration. I have successfully implemented several innovative initiatives that increased employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, and reduced burnout and turnover.
