I have been involved in many forms of management for the past 12 years. Upon graduating college I partnered with a fellow entrepreneur in the start up of a small business. The tasks included developing a business plan, determining profitability, building company policies & procedures, creating a marketable name, and planning & hosting events. I also managing all daily aspects of the business which consisted of but was not limited to communication between clients & teachers, maintaining client accounts, and the development of the staff & students.
