Currently I am a part time employee at family Dollar while I obtain my Associates Degree in Human Services. My goal is to continue my education and get a Bachelors Degree in Social Work. As an assistant manager, I am responsible for overseeing the various functions of a retail store, including supervising clerks, banking, cash and sales, and receiving inventory. I am also in close contact with the public and have learned solid communication skills in order to handle customer service as well as complaints.

For three years I owned a small motorcycle shop. I sold parts, clothing and motorcycle accessories. I was responsible for all the workings of the business. I had no employees. Because all the profits needed to be rolled back into the business, I was not drawing an income, therefore I had to close the shop and acquire employment elsewhere.

Breen's is a local grocery store. As a front end manager, I was responsible for supervising cashiers, petty cash to distribute to cashiers, customer service as well as any customer problems that may arise.
