My professional career path has helped me develop all aspects of Customer Service. My current job, working for eSpace I have gained knowledge from my responsibilities. Some examples are to manage business operations including office space tours, lease documents, invoicing, supply management, event management, and marketing. I provide support and concierge services to 30+ executive offices including invoicing, answering phones, organizing mail and delivery of packages, and maintenance of conference rooms. The best part of my job is knowing that I made their day and helped their business grow. My goal is to work for a major organization that is either in the Makeup/Beauty industry or a Major Sports organization. I feel my positive outlook and vibrant energy would be useful for these industries. I have an extensive background in the beauty industry and sports especially Basketball and Football are a major influence in my life.
