I enjoy working with people to unearth their interests and skills to where they want to go, in life and in their career. I believe you cannot look at the two things separately, as we bring our whole selves to work.For the past five years I have been working in different Careers services in the University sector. In these positions, I conducted individual student consultations, including development of career action plans, delivered workshops to student groups, and designed and piloted a mentoring program.I have ten years of internal recruitment experience working across a diverse range of sectors; Financial Services, Not for Profit, Professional Services and Higher Education nationally and in the UK. During this time, I designed selection processes, including behavioural-based interviews, psychometric testing and job simulation exercises in partnership with hiring managers.
