I work as an HR representative for classified staff at the School District. This group includes all roles that are not licensed teachers (ranging from nurses and education assistants, to bus drivers and custodians). My primary functions include wage placements, employee onboarding and record management, employee lifecycle management and CBA interpretation..

As of January 2023, I am working directly with the CEO and managing all HR functions in the absence of a Director. My role has expanded to include weekly meetings with the CEO and weekly Executive meetings with the Board of Directors. I am currently the primary and only contact in the HR department.With my promotion, I will continue to work in all fields.

I conduct quality wine tastings while also taking on the roles of being a host and waitress for the adjoining restaurant. Further, I help the Event Coordinator to plan, conduct, and analyze the financial success of our venue events.

I lead the Senior Fund Committee through Whitman College's Alumni Relations Office and hold weekly meetings with this group of seniors. I plan, market, and execute events for the senior class, including our countdown to graduation parties. I also help to draft and select designs for our senior class t-shirts and banner.
